Welcome to Sundarban Eco Resort ! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [sundarbanecoresort.com] and our travel and accommodation services. By accessing this site or booking a tour, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• Payments can be made through secure online methods (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, Net Banking).

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed before booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be informed via email or phone as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive your official cancellation request and will be deducted as follows:

• Less than 10 days prior to the date of travel:
  🛑 100% of the package cost will be charged as cancellation fee. No refund.

• 10 to 20 days prior to the date of travel:
  ✅ 25% of your advance payment will be refunded.

• 21 to 45 days prior to the date of travel:
  ✅ 50% of your advance payment will be refunded.

• More than 45 days prior to the date of travel:
  ✅ Full refund of your advance payment will be processed, excluding any applicable processing fees.

3. Tour Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, government regulations).

• In such cases, alternative arrangements or dates may be offered.

4. Responsibilities of Guests

• Guests must follow safety instructions from our tour guides and staff.

• Any damage to property, boat, or hotel facilities caused by negligence may be chargeable.

• Please carry valid ID proof during the trip for verification.

5. Health & Safety

• We prioritize guest safety and hygiene.

• Travelers with serious medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.

• In case of medical emergencies, a Doctor-on-Call facility is available (charges apply).

6. Wildlife Sightings

• Wildlife sightings, including Royal Bengal Tigers, cannot be guaranteed as they are in their natural habitat.

• We ensure maximum effort and the best safari routes for a memorable experience.

7. Use of Website

• All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of [Your Business Name].

• Reproduction or use of any content without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by natural disasters, strikes, or third-party vendors.
